Patrick, if you mean what motivates someone to work with photography and the editing of it, I would have to say that for me it's a challenge. I have always loved photography and when I discovered photoshop, brother let me tell you...I love learning new things and photoshop has so much involved I am constantly learning something new. When I'm stuck I hunt...but I always start here, then I head out to the wide world of google. |

do you mean in general or when designing?
in general, read success stories, they really motivate you.

I get motivated by just knowing how lucky I am. There's so many problems in the world, I try to keep my own in perspective. That motivates me to make the most of it.
As far as Photoshop goes, I just love fiddling around and learning new stuff. I also like to help others where I can to learn the most from it. When I'm stuck I know I have people to help me out, and then of course, as numbrabbit says....there's always Google!!
