Now this is vert strange, I told my firend about my problem and he let me borrow his for a short time, but when I put it on my system dots appeared on it also but my friend said that had never happened to him before, so it must be a proble with my actual system rather than the software itself |

I have found the problem, and I cannot believe how obvious it was!
In the fill settings the settings were set to dissolve instead of Normal, something I must of changed by accident!
