How can I make the screen mode open automatically as "Full screen mode with menu bar" instead of standard screen mode?

In CS3, should be the same in CS4:

Set up the workspace the way you want it. Then Windows, Workspace, Save Workspace. Give it a name and save it. It should open next time in the new workspace.

You can make a script run each time you open an image.

You could either make a script to select the arrangement you want or if you are not familiar with scripting, make the script run an action to do the same?

Not perfect but it would do the job.
