Listen to Bryan on this. You can majorly screw your 'puter that way.

Odd that they both stopped working after a day, since they are supposed to work for 30 days. Personally, I would call Adobe and try and get it resolved properly.

If you're not the original owner of the computer, the original owner may have installed a trial version of an Adobe product before you even got the computer.

Have you installed any other trial versions of Adobe software?

It's definately sounding like contacting Adobe is the only solution to the problem.

In case anyone wanted to know I resolved the matter with adobe and ended up purchasing CS thanks to everyone who tried to help.
