Does anyone know what exactly I would have to do to this pic to not make the girl look so... robotly. I'm pretty sure its something in the eyes but it just looks sooo fake. Only thing Is i'm not exactly sure what I need to do to fix it.

try using >image>brightness /contrast levels that may help Her face is kind of washed out with light, just a guess I'm not on computer with PS or I'd check |
