|
|
I have CS2 and it's worked perfectly until I installed Nik's Dfine and Viveza. I have done a reinstall of PS and that didn't help. I've also moved the Nik folder to a different location outside the plugins folder...and I've deleted the selection tool folder from within the Nik folder itself.
None of this seems to make any difference. After about 8 reboots of the computer, PS "may" work with the Nik plugins. And if it does, it will work with them fine on any image I open. But if I close PS the nightmare starts again!
Anyone else have similar issues? Why will it work eventually, but not every time???? |

Thanks for that idea. After changing the ram allocation I was able to get Viveza to work, but with the next 5 times I opened PS, I couldn't get either Nik filter to open- PS shut down immediately. |

No idea what your running for computer but ram is really sucked up with PS, the more memory you have the better.Even just doing one file could create havoc if your border line memory use and those plugins really suck it up also. |
