If you're viewing the fonts at a zoom level other than 100%, they might appear pixilated. If you view them at 100%, they should appear normal.

Thanks for the help. It printed pixelated too so it wasnt just a viewing issue. I figured out it had to do with the anti alias selection and when I save my work as a jpeg the program does something funky to the fonts.

I sharpened them up a bit by choosing anti alias but a tad bit blurry. I was told I should save my work as a psd first and see if that helps. So Ill try that next project.

I will also try using the trutype fonts also that you suggested. thank You.

In that case, you should check with whoever is doing your printing. They can tell you what format to use, what size, resolution, etc. I've done a few projects for clients who were having documents (not just images) printed on a halftone press. I had to follow specifications from the printer for those.

Sounds like rasterisation at low dpi. Can you increase the dpi setting of the file (irrespective of your image size) before converting to jpeg? That might sort out the issue.
