Hmm, did you try contacting support, weirdest bug I have seen yet..
Did this just start happening?
Do you have an antivirus?
Is it possible that a worm got into one of the photoshop files and the AV deleted it?
Is it possible that one or more of the files could have gotten corrupted?

If you ar using point size change to pixel size (value). Probably through the preferences panel.

That helped but it only lets me go to 18px  |
