hehe ya i read yours and even answered thx but both posts are gone.
The technique ive used is actually very simple and it takes 10-15 min to make a picture like that.
I just used a filter on the image thats standard.
Artistic -> Poster Edges
Then i took a image of good olī knucklehead and cut it using magic wand tolerance 32 (standard)
Then i pasted him on the image and used a soft eraser to soften the last edges on him. Then again used Artistic -> Poster Edges so both had the same style.
Then i found a lightning sky picture used magic wand to select the sky then pasted. Then again used Artistic -> Poster Edges so both had the same style.
Used some color adjustment layers to darken the image a bit.
Done
