It looks good if that's the overall effect you wanted to achieve. One thing I would point out is, its possible to remove the freckles and remove blemishes from someones face without the dramatic airbrushed look.
If you wanted to keep as much detail in the skin, this airbrushed look won't do the job. However, there are some people who like this effect and that's fine.
We've all heard the phrase "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Well, it's true in this case.
Some might argue that it's a little overkill, some might love the way it looks.
In my honest opinion, I would not have gone for such a strong airbrushed look.
Regardless, nice job.

Seeing as you were practicing "airbrushing" and not just "retouching", this noob thinks you did an awesome job. I have to get me a pen/tablet soon. Hard to do that sort of thing with a mouse. Not impossible, just hard. For me anyway. |
