hello
do you mean just text that is very lightly seen over an image?
if so an easy way to do this is to create the text you want in the colour you want and then lower the opacity of the text layer to probably around 10% add some layer styles if you want, emboss it or something.
if this isn't what you want let me know and I'll try and help you with what ever it is. |

as you can see in this picture:
his watermark says hibbs photo 04
well my question is, how do i pretty much just open it, and paste it on the picture that i want the watermark to be on, i know i can type it in each picture, but that is very time consuming |

Sounds like you're going to be better off creating an action or droplet or something.
I've no experience with this though..sorry.

oh I see, ok so you want to be able to paste HIBBS PHOTO 04 on some pictures?
what you need to do then is cut that out of the image, deleting any background, and then paste it on to a transparent background and save that. but that is pretty fiddly and would probably be easier to replicate it from scratch, find out the font make a 190 x 20 new image transperent background and just type it put in an underline etc save that image and then u will be able to just copy and paste it to any images you want.
alternatively you could create an action, i never use them so I'm not the person to answer that

I'll mess around with putting an action together. _________________ Best Regards,

ahh, i think i understand now, i dont actually want to use 'hibbs photo 04'
i was just using that picture as an example, so after i make my own watermark, and place it where i want it, all i have to do is paste it on a transparent backround, and save the file, and when i want, i can paste that over the picture i would like to have the watermark correct?
thanks for all your help guys |
