Hello. I just installed Photoshop CS on my computer and for some reason the keyboard shortcuts don't work. I checked in the preferences and they're all definetly there and same as Photoshop 7.0. The only thing I could think of is my cordless keyboard being the problem, but it worked with previous version. Please help me out, I'm going insane zooming in/out the long way! Thanks for you help.

Felix

Are you experiencing any other difficulties with shortcuts or the keyboard in general with any other programs besides CS?

Welcome to the forum. I accept what I am about to say may make you feel angry, frankly I'm going to say it anyway.

Every single documented case of this happening has been from cracked copies of CS (pirated), more precisely a Paradox release version, the bad news for anyone who manages to find a patch to cure the bad release is that after a few months the whole program expires, they copied the pre-release beta version.

Either get a new copy (I will leave it to you where from) or the only option (if you have a legitimate version) is to contact the Adobe support helpline, they will only be too happy to help you out with any technical difficulties you may be having.

Now you know the situation either way. If you are offended, no need to reply I will take it as said :)

It's cool. I'm not offended. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

Nope, just CS.
