One set of shortcuts that I love are the brackets [ & ] while in the brush command. Use these for quickly changing the size of your brush!
Also, just the space bar to quickly pan around! _________________ adr3naline |

Ctrl+Shft+V
With a bunch of my 'game' work I end up resizing images .... either drawn by our lead artist or photos and they have to fit in a specific sized "template" so to make sure I stay within those bounds and don't go too small or too large I use Ctrl+Shft+V to paste 'within' the boundaries.
Then Ctrl+T to resize _________________ moondog
