i like aadmo.org a lot becuase it looked pretty good and professional
the usoba.org one looked clean and nice howevver the rollover/chagne image did to much and took to lon gto load... it is nice however the loading time makes it skip to much

I like them.
Excellent job 
Uh, one thing I would suggest is to pre-load the images for the usoba site. And it seems like caching is being denied, you might not want to do that.
The images are very high quality, nice

For usoba I tried a different preload script that isn't working as well. I'm prolly gonna switch back to the old javascript one I've always used in the past.
I'm thinking about redoing the usoba banner in flash to make it less jumpy...

Good idea!
And the best part is that now Google can spider flash files for text. So the only real draw back of using flash for a website is all but eliminated. Yahoo, msn and the rest are still behind google..but if google can do it I'm sure the rest will follow.

Have you tried third party image compression.
Photoshop does an decent job, but it isn't specifically designed to compress images.
So, third party apps that are can often give you better results. I can usually take off about 1-2kb average, sometimes up to 4 if I'm willing to sacrafice enough.
Try gifbot over at netmechanics.
Sorry, don't know the url..might be www.netmechanic.com ???
either way, the websites look great!
Just compress the images, put them into flash if you want and you've got a great thing going.

You know what though..!!
I've noticed that flash compresses images on it's own.
I might have to test this out some time, but I am pretty sure that flash has a built in image compression algo.
hmmm..I wonder...??

Yeah you can change how flash compresses images on export in the library.
