Hi,
I'm new here. so I hope I'm in the right place.
I have a canon i9100 and ps7(which I'm still learning). I have used the printer and ps7 to make photo prints for about 6 months now. Had no problems with it till about 3 days ago when I went to make a print and noticed a cream/yellow tint to the print. made a few more test and found that when printing an image with white/no background color it comes out all tinted.
I ran the windows xp printer test page as recommended by somone and that was fine.
I also ran a print using winxp not PS and that came out FINE.
I did run all the printer test aswell and they look fine.
all this leads me to think its ps. printer tech also said "it does not look like a printer problem"
is there anything in ps that I might have changed or is it something else I'm over looking??
much thnx.. |

before you format, what Operating system are you running?
If it's Me or XP consider rolling back the system to a previous date using System Restore. It's better than a format..... _________________ Providing small business with high quality affordable websites:

Format the badboy. Hard drives need a good reformatting every once in a while. So they can be put back in their place and they don't forget their role...
