Photoshop .ICO disappeared

I downloaded a plugin for photoshop to save in .ICO format a long time ago. I've been using it, it's been working fine. In fact, I saved an icon last week.

Today when trying to save an icon, I looked at the drop down menu, and "ICO (Windows Icon)" isn't there! I checked the list several times. Bawling

I went to "...\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\File Formats\", and the ICOformat.8bi was still there. I tried taking it out of the folder to my desktop, starting photoshop, exiting photoshop, and putting the file back in the folder, but it still didn't show. But then I did the same thing with the BMP format, and it appeared/disappeared from the list appropriately!

Does anyone know what's going on or have any ideas to help me fix photoshop??
