Ok, call me stupid, but I have downloaded frames, from a website, they are mostly in a >png format, I load them into the plugin directory, but nothing happens., Can someone tell me why? and what I am doing wrong. I am doing this for a montage type posters for my friend who was murdered last month. I am only interested in the frame portions at this time. Appreciate any help.
