I'm kinda new to photoshop and I'm making a banner for my friends Stepmania simfile pack. You can Google Stepmania if you please. But I just want to see how I'm doing. I've used a render and a couple C4Ds and a lot of effects. i just want to see if this is decent enough, disregarding the lack of border.  |

I agree with Patrick .... you could use something as simple as a black or white stroke around the text or maybe use outer glow or drop shadow ... just to make the text easier to read.
Other than that ..... I think it looks great!

One thing I might try is just to make Magnum a little easier to read. Opus is easy to read, but Magnum is somewhat obscured. Hope this helps.
