Could someone please tell me what raw plug-in I need for Photoshop ?

It depends on what camera you're processing from.
In my experience, processing RAW images in photoshop is far less successful than doing it in a RAW processing program which has been made specifically for your camera.
For example, I use Nikon's CaptureNX to process my RAW images from the camera. I tried photoshop with the correct plug-ins, but it didn't work as well as CaptureNX
