No. It assumes that the paper is white. Are you using black or colored paper?

Hi,
I am printing out onto a transparancy. So the 'paper' is clear. I want pure white on it in some spots.

UHhhhhhhh

Printless in Portland

That can't happen. I don't know of any printer that will print white ink. Why do you need it to be white on a transparency? Maybe there's another solution for what you're trying to do.

You can't really print white, but there are a number of possible workarounds available, mostly depending on the printing process you are using.

Both Flexography and Screen Printing have a form of opaque white ink, but the expense and the awkwardness often prevent this solution, it also depends on the media you require printing.

No home printers can handle white inking, if that was your want.

Yeah you'd have to do offset printing. Or depending on the quality your looking for and the amount of time you're willing to spend, you could cut a stencil out of like label paper and paint white on the transparency... Maybe you can think of a more practical solution.
