Well...I'm going to be honest here...
I'm not sure why you put the fish on top of the water rather than underneath....The bear looks as if he is sitting ontop of the water instead of on the bank.....Tinker bell should be standing on something since her wings don't indicate she is in flight..and what is with the semi transparent green lines?
This is extremly difficult..to take cartoon images and put them into a realistic background....because of the color, levels, and contrast differences. Making the background look more "magical" could make the picture better.....Make it darker....add some fairy dust and play with your own lighting effects...adjust the lighting and contrast on your characters as well, and all of it should blend a little better.
Hope this helps :)

I thought I'd try to make one of these as well, so you could see what I am talking about....Though I kept the characters to a minimum, you can see how I tried to match them with the background as best as I could...
Here are the stock images I used...

I did have to make the water appear deeper in order to creat the illusion that nemo was partially submerged.

Oh I wasn't trying to insult you. I was just trying to help you. Critisim isn't constructive unless someone can tell you how to improve a picture, which is what I was trying to do.
Please don't take offense. I hope that you are encouraged to try again Big Grin
