What do you do for your daily exercise? Just lately I've picked up a bike, and started cycling instead of driving around town, unless it's raining hehe. _________________ Matt

Bicycling is one of very few forms of exercise that I enjoy. It's pretty hilly around here, so I have a ride I do every now and then that takes me up some massive hills. But it's the down part that's really fun. _________________ brush your hair and comb your teeth |

Yeah I'll agree with that.
I'm starting with the smalls but making progress all the time. I don't know if it makes it harder, but I try to stay sitting on the seat rather than standing up. It's a killer on the legs though! _________________ Matt

If it kills your legs that's how you know it's working _________________ brush your hair and comb your teeth |
