does anyone know how to create an ice effect in photoshop cs? I like making wallpapers and menus and I want to make a frozen/ice background for my desktop.

i always say good-tutorials.com becuase thats the only one i remember, its got tons of tutorials and just hit the search bar at the top and search fro "frozen effect or something like that
