Just finished my first website using Dreamweaver. Please review and let me know if it works. (Works fine on some computers, sketchy on others, no idea why. If the text is hard to read at all, then the background didn't load properly, kinda frustrating.)

Hey VanillaVercetti,

I'm on IE7 on Vista. I'll just point out some things you may want to look at:

There is orange underline appearing between the header buttons.

When you mouse over those header icons, the text turns black which makes them hard to read.

It's kind of hard to read the word "Portfolio" in the logo.

Thanks for the link on the Friends page. :)

Good luck with it,

Patrick

No problem. :) Happy to help. I just took another link and the orange underlines are gone. :) The header background is loading, as well, and that makes portfolio a little easier to read.

I know i havent posted before just signed up, though if you want to be recognized by search engines then you want to change

"meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" in < >

to META name="description" content=" DETAILS ABOUT YOUR SITE "

and if you want underneath that add

META name="keywords" content=" IMAGES, GRAPHICS, ECT. "

And when i first went back to web design before i had a firm grip on whats defined and undefined in IE, Firefox and Netscape i use to build and view in both browsers and u could search for a list on certain CSS functions and what version of IE,NS,FF they work with
