now that i figured out how to make snow effect does anyone know how to make an ice effect

lol well first you start with a new BLACK layer and you go filter>Noise>Add noise
amount=70 or something
Gaussian
Monochromatic checked
filter blur gaussian blur=around 1.5
then go to lighting (ctrl L) and change it to about 100-1.00-102
now that its done you just hit screen to put it over an image
it doesn't look very realistic but yeah whatever
