Hi, I'm new to photoshop and I have a question that needs answering... here goes. I'm trying to put a custom shape border around an image and take out the stuff that isn't inside of the border. When I took out the stuff, saved it, and viewed it there was a white border around the frame. Is there anyway that I can remove the white so when I put it on a web page there isn't the white where the part that i took out was? I'm using Photoshop Elements v2.0 if that is any help. Thanks a lot. |

In Imageready or in the Save for the Web boxout, make sure that you set the matte colour. You might be able to use the de-fringe command too. |

Im guessing, if you made a border you dont want anything outside the border right? So why dont you just crop the image and take whats only the border and inside of the border? Anything outside the border is use less right? _________________ - Enter Signature here -
