Well this is my FIRST actual attempt at making a sig... was just wondering if it was any good. And if not how can i improve it?

For a first attempt I would say its decent, although a bit large in size. I would remove the white outline around the lady because it is "jaggy". Might put the lady figure on its own layer and play around with some layer styles.
