I'm trying to make a Wallpaper for my computer.
I'm trying to make a straight line a third of the way across, then angle it downward slightly, then straighten it out and extend it the rest of the way.
So, basically I want to make a smooth diagonal line, however, when I make my lines diagonal they become somewhat bumpy and don't look smooth.
Does anyone know how to make a smooth diagonal line in Photoshop?
Thanks. _________________ -JokerFMJ.

You can also use the pen tool and stroke the path you create.
Or if you want to use the brush tool you can click at the beginning point of the diagonal line then hold shift and click where you want it to end.
I'd probably use the pen tool though. _________________ Best Regards,

I've tried to figure out what exactly the pen tool does and how to use it, but it always does something i'm not expecting it to do.
I just can't seem to understand how to use that tool. _________________ -JokerFMJ.

Use the line tool in the pen tool pullout on the toolbar. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

The line tool was what I tried and was coming up jagged, not smooth like I want. _________________ -JokerFMJ.

Did you try any of the other solutions suggested? Can you post a sample of what you mean by "jagged"? Maybe we can help you out some more. _________________ Best Regards,
