Well, I was noticing that in real life, motion blur is hardly ever in a perfectly straight line. Is there a way of making a custom filter that uses sort of the same idea as the shear filter? (you move points on a line around to create a distortion effect on the picture) If anyone could tell me if this is possible, I'd be thankful.
