So what is your opinion?

would you say the writing is real or not if you had to guess?

Looks like the text was real, then removed.

You can see the photo without the text is a tad bit darker in areas. It also looks like somebody tried to run a sharpen filter on it. This is most noticeable on the left thigh where there are blotches of pixels that are super crisp and very saturated.

How sure am I? I'd bet a six pack on it.

It's hard to say really. It appears that the two pictures were taken in completely different lighting conditions (or the camera just took the picture differently). The camera and the file are awful quality which makes it difficult to tell. You can easily mask photo manipulations with poor file quality.

My initial opinion still stands... Doesn't mean I'm correct though.
