Hi! I'm a new member and I've gotten myself into a jam. I'm trying to clean up this coat of arms by Monday and I'm getting nowhere fast. If you posess the ability to help me out, please let me know at lavelle2000@hotmail.com. It needs to be saved as a .epf file and cleaned up; the larger the better. You'll notice how fuzzy it is, that all needs to disappar so that I can give this to my printer so we can get some presentation folders done.
Any help? Let's talk at lavelle2000@hotmail.com.

The only chance that you have is recreating that graphic from scratch.
At the moment it will be a screen grab and not a high enough resolution to take to print, no matter how good the result we get.
Get your pen tool out and start tracing!
As an aside, no amount of retouching will make this salvageable for print.
