I would like to put the logo on the wings, in the empty circle. Is there a better way to do this then bevel and emboss, and changing the opacity. When i do it, it doesnt look that authentic.

Hey, I gave it a go, i'm not sure if this is what you were trying at, or got, but here it is attached. i just transformed the logo to fit into the circle, did a magic wand on the bird, and copied the color/pattern from the circle and did some layer styles, to see what i used for the styles, unzip the file and open it up in photoshop, and look at the settings i used.

I would use the black eagle with a fill at 0%. Making the fill 0% will allow a bevel style to show up.
