|
|
Does anyone know of a technique or a filter to apply that will create 8-bit looking art out of an already existing image?
i feel like i've done this before with a tiling filter, but i'm not seeing it on CS3.
am i gonna have to trace over the image on a layer with a square brush? seems like there's gotta be an easier way. a plug-in someone knows about perhaps, or a series of steps maybe?
Help. thanks.
P.S. i'm new here. so, hi.
