Hi, I need to titlt a picture at an angle, pretty much a similar effect which is in the jpeg I have attached. i have tried the transform - prespective tool but it doesnt give a really good effect (or maybe i just dont know how to use it Frown )
Please can some one help. Will be forever grateful. Cheers!

I'd say look under Edit>Transform>Perspective

First create a white image, this will serve as your background. Then paste your 2nd image in there. Select the 2nd layer and play around with the tolls i mentioned above.
