I have pics like this one I am trying to make not so blurry. I don't have a site so I didn't know how to upload it but I was wondering if there was a way to unblur it? Thanks a mill in advance.

The picture is not blurred.

The text and other elements are perfectly aliased. Only the actual coloured sections in the middle are blurred, and that is not a direct effect of inadequate format or optimisation at saving level.
