Hi, I am trying to greate an effective Professional looking navigation bar for my website, I have seen one similar to how I'd like mine but my attempts dont seem to end up being as professional..

The site with my 'sample' is http://www.4corners.org.uk/port.htm Could someone please help me to work out how to get colours to look as rich as these and the overall 'light' effect to look as good to give an overall professional effect, not so worried about the eyes as these will be replaced by a logo(ish) image for my company, im more worried about the professional look of the rest if the button!
