I made this effect back in 2002 and saved it. Now, I tried every filter in Photoshop 7 and can't find which one I used to make it =(

Someone please help? =)

never heard of Genuine Fractals Pro...so i'm sure thats not what i used. Not saying that Genuine Fractals Pro can't do the same effect, but i know that I didn't use anything fancy like that...

It COULD have been in Paint Shop Pro...I used to use that, but not sure.

There is a similar filter in Photoshop - Filter- Brush Strokes – Spatter
