I have never really used this plug in, but was experimenting with it this morning and found something I don't like. Maybe you guys can help me with it. I noticed that the lighting is always centered in the background, and give a glow to the center of what I'm applying the effect to. Is there a way to move the lighting or make it consistent throughout the whole area? If I turn down the intensity of it, it darkens the image. I could swear that the last time I played with this (a long time ago), that it was a consistent throughout the area I applied it to. Now it has a gradient effect. If this doesn't make sense, I will be happy to post a pic of what I'm talking about. Thanks for your time.

Have you tried leaving it at zero applying it. then use the level or curve to lighten it all..or set layer mode to screen.
Just ideas,
