I like the more "natural" Jessica, but thats just my personal opinion...LOL.

first off welcome to the forum. this is a helpfull place to get information etc.
as far as your pictures. the first picture of angalina jolie wont show up on the screen.
the second picture you did is ok. i would say you justy need to work on compositing a little. there needs to be some sort of shadow to add depth.
the neckless is not very balievable. it is almost like a tatto. you should see and overlap on the profile of the neck. right now it is almost like the neckless is drawn on her. there needs to ba source of light. with that will come a shadow and a highlight. another thing that bothers me about the neckless is that it is weightless. it should "droop" more in the center of her chest rather than to the left.
anyway i think your off to a great start. keep us posted.
