Hi I was wondering if any of you could help me I have a picture of a Girl Friend that needs some work
Think it is overexposed and need some advice on how to sort it out
Hope you talented experts can help me out

what color is her eyes? are they really red?

LOL Brown mate they are only red when she gets angry ......

I fooled around with it real quick with little positive results. The white of her face is just that... solid white. It doesn't help adjusting Brightness/Contrast, the face stays solid colored. There isn't really any existing information to work with. This might take some work. I'll see if I can come up with anything later. Hope someone figures it out.

Well, I'm no "talented expert," but I took a crack at fixing this. I don't have Photoshop; however, I used a different photo-editing software. Fixed the red-eye, then I tried the face.
What I did was: I used the Eyedropper on her neck area and then tried painting in the face with that color. It didn't work too well for me because I'm not too good with the magic wand. Maybe someone else will have more luck.
