I have a photo with some bad flaring (see pic). I've tried getting rid of it using the clone tool, but haven't got very good results. Does anyone know of a good way to get rid of this problem?

crap whats flaring again? i think i know im just not sure i may no how to get rid of it. tell me where the problem is and ill take a crack at it.

thanks. the problem is in the bottom right window - the two white dots you see shouldn't be there. would you mind telling me how to do it, because this is a low-res version and no use to me. cheers.

i just painted over it haha, use multi layers and low opacitys and youll get the job done, thats how i normally paint

I would probably zoom in real close and use the clone/stamp tool or healing brush. I always duplicate the layer first jus tin case I mess it up real bad I don't have to undo it all.

i tried using clonestamp at my school, they use 7.0 and it wouldnt work  i tried o god i tried.

7 has a working clone..make sure you have nothing preselected else where on the image.
Click the clone tool (set to normal and 100%), then hold down the ALT keywhile clicking the mouse.
You should now be cloneing.

Boy, Love the shot!
What would look cool if you had someone in the window pointing at the image (as if they were pointing at the cameraman).
Just a thought.
Also change the traffic light so all colors are showing.
