Dear friends,
I am looking some borders for my certificate, how can I make it in Photoshop or if you know any link to learn about that? Or is there any software?
Please give your support
Thanks

Curiously these can be tricky to find free, I needed some a few months back (a group I work with wanted to give a thank you cert to one of the guys for all his good work) I managed to find a few, but plain ones were more tricky.
Heres a list of sites I found at the time
http://dyetub.com/certificates/traditional/
http://www.teas2dine4.com/templatelinks.html
http://www.southworth.com/page.php?id=130

Some of these offer free templates (some for powerpoint/word) some can be filled in and printed out online (or print out a blank one)
Perhaps a better answer is to make your own in Microsoft Publisher if you have it, this is what I ended up doing, I simple used the border art and came up with something passable.
Heres the one I made, feel free to use it if you wish, to change the colour open it in photoshop, go to hue/saturation and slide the hue slider. Wayne
