I'm new here and I just recently installed PSCS2. Unfortunately when I began Using it I realised that I don't have all the effects or plugins or whatever they are. It's really frustrating. Like, I was trying to use the Difference Cloud Effect and I just couldn't get it. It was in the menu, but it was paled out, so I couldn't select it.

Ahh this is a common one, you are in either 16 bit or CMYK I'm guessing, in both of these and greyscale some of the effects and filters don't work, switch to RGB or 8bit as the case might be (image/mode) and they should all work. Wayne |
