Hi I was wondering if anyone can help , I have been asked by my sister if I can do anything with this photo , she wants the seagulls to stand out a bit and generally make it a better photo.

Any suggestions would be helpfull

I have leveled the horizion and darkend the sky a bit, but the quality not great, thats the problem with some of the moble phone cameras. Wheres it taken? Wayne

Thanks mate

It was taken at Mount batten just off Plymouth Hoe ,the original Picture quality is a bit better than what I posted as It was too big to post , so I brought the res down ..

I did not think about leveling the horizon and overall it looks a lot better than what I came up with .

I leveled the horizion, then selected the top with the sky, feathered it, and copy paste, set the layer blend mode to multiply to darken it a bit, then a levels for the forground. Wayne
