This is pretty decent for a beginner. Good job.
Although, there are some things you can improve on. The colors are too similar. You need a color scheme. You could use some tutorials off the internet. www.goodtutorials.com is a great website for tutorials on Adobe Photoshop. There are countless other tutorial websites for Adobe Photoshop. Just google "photoshop tutorials" and that should keep you busy for some time.
Just use the tutorials and learn things from them.

, I still dont understand how to make full pictures ( with characters aand background pictures such as trees ) but I just figuared out how to make a background with layered properties. So please comment and feel free to tell me it sucks, but if it does please tell me why
