Hi all,
I have copied a tutorial from http://www.tutorialwiz.com/globe2/
I am wanting to take it to the next stage so not only can you see the front of the globe you will be able to ee the rear of it, i.e. the globe being tansparent so you can see the other countries at the back of the globe,so it looks something like this from this website http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-1800996.html

I havent tried the tut but I'd guess you would have to make a second globe for the back using the other bits of the map (the unused bits) then after flattening the first globe lower the opacity of them both till you can see through. Thinking about it, you might have to just use the lines and countries without any background colour/shading??? Wayne |
