So you think it all was drawn?
I wanted to know if there was someway of making existing photos look like this - you know, just lines?
I've looked at lots of lineart tutorials and none of them look like this.

Since the lines don't look 100% clean to me, I'd suspect that the images were drawn and inked by hand then scanned and put together in PS. They could have also been made with a vector program like illustrator from scratch but it looks more hand drawn and then manipulated by adding lines etc.
Either way it was drawn either pen and ink or with a pen mouse. No filters that I know of can give you that picture.
