Everytime I try to save an image in photoshop, it quits. It seems that I can save a very simple image, but it it's detailed it quits.
What do you think is happening? I have a powermac G5 with tons of memory. Dual 2 GHz, 1.5 GB DDR SDRAM.
Do I need to dedicate more memory to photoshop?

Could possibly be Adobe Bridge causing the issue - this has happened to me also. Try starting Bridge first. Also check for bad RAM and the disk you use as your scratch. Be careful how many programs are running at the same time. Hope you get it fixed!

I think I might know what my problem is and I'm posting it so others can see. I acquired photoshop already on a computer that I bought on ebay. I was too poor to afford the actual 1200 program. Appparently, you can only use the program as the person that it's NOT registered to before it begins to malfunction.
I have had to break down and buy it... hope that works!! |
