How do i gradient this shape I made, so that it is completely black at the inner part, and almost white at the outer part while still keeping the shape? I already tried marking the color witht he magic wand and the use the gradient tool, but i could only get it to work for a side, and the rest of the shape would dissapear. Is there a way?

If you mean the gradient on the black part of the shape.
select the black shape then open a blank layer. (the selection should stilll be active on the blank layer) then pick the gradient tool set foreground color to black and background color to white. Now drag the LINEAR GRADIENT from the top left corner and go half way to the right bottom corner. (45 degree angle)

That should do it.
Good luck,

Lasa

Yeah, I've tried that already, and I get the result you get. But it's not quite what I wanted, I was thinking if it was possible to keep it complletely black all along the edge instead of just in the upper corner if you catch my drift..?

Not sure but if you want to keep the edges black and the gredient inside you might have to add a style to the shape. I added a multply mode inner glow to this....
