I'm using Photoshop CS, is there a way of changing the colour of the clone stamps circle? Because it is disappearing in the darker backgrounds of pictures.

I don't think there is any way to do it but...

What you could probably do is use an adjustment levels layer to adjust the brightness of the darkest part that your cloning and then clone the part, then throw away the adjustment levals layer if you want to. That will probably work.
